Holland/PS bouy wind gauge broken?

Seems the wind readings have stayed at .1 knot for a while. Perhaps its broken?

And no new pictures/videos since the 26th

I am far from a genius. But I just got home from Holland State Park, and I will guarantee you the wind was blowing harder than that.

I can't for the life of me picture how somebody hit that thing with their out drive. That is going to be interesting to explain to the insurance company.

Especially with 20k in damage to the bouy alone let alone an outdrive and a tow bill.
