I just put this up on a Big-O board and am curious how it'd be answered "out west."

We all know the old adage: “Bright day – Bright lures; dark day – dark lures†but for the sake of discussion & curiosity how would you classify the following lures – Dark Day or Bright Day?

3. Bright-The brighter the better

4. Either-Extremely popular lure anytime of the day and any conditions

Hey guys, lots of hits - only a few opinions. I know my photographic skills aren’t very good so here’s a basic description: (the “aka†is what that particular lure is in case my photos or descriptions aren’t very good however mfg not as important as color combo)

1. Black & Silver aka NK Mullato

2. Red-Silver-Green aka NK Watermellon

3. Bronze-Red-Chartreuse aka FishLander Sledge Hammer

4. Black-Green-White aka NK Diehard

5. Dk Green-Gold aka NK Kermit

6. Black-White-Red aka Stinger Grim Reaper

7. White (glo) with colored dots aka NK Wonderbread

Dark - Heavy cloud cover, dark water or deep in water column

Bright –A day you wish you hadn’t left your sunglasses home, clear water, or shallow in the water column.

Either - Both

There is no right or wrong answer. I’ve sent the question to 3 boards and will compile & post the results on all 3.

Thanx,

Tom B.
