EdB Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 We fished offshore in Ludington way SW out to the 42 line. There were some nice temp breaks out there. All fish came in the top 50 feet of water. We got our limit. 3 colors, half cores, full cores, riggers at 25 and 35 and divers 90 to 125 ft. Here's what worked. The temps breaks were close to shore straight out of Manistee so we went there the next day. We fished 100- 175 ft of water, very strong currents there made the trolling speed a challenge. We got 11 fish but 3 were pups and all were on the smaller side. Spoon bite there too. At least we did not have a long run. It was an early bite and really slowed down after 8AM. Good luck!
silver one Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Nice ED. Be up in two weeks. Hopefully the fish are there to stay.
