Just Hook'n Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 What a great weekend on the water with many teams doing very well and the lake and weather cooperating for the first time I can remember for 3 days in a row (probably more leading into the weekend). We had some great pointers from Terry - Dirty Dog, and Dave Ash (HUGE THANKS) and found some fish in 210 to 150 headed Northeast from the sliders back to Holland. Everything worked - and thanks to the tip from Dave for using standard size spoons (we pulled the mags we had on and started catching). 5 color with lemonberry 100 with rainbow alewife 200 with skittles 300 with moldy muffin dipseys back 90 on 1.5 with standard rings, 11" lucky charms paddle and blue fly - this went many times. Fish were healthy - several in the 12-15 pound range and a few steelhead. We ended up 10 for 13 or 14.
