JGESox Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Fish were not so cooperative today. Saw two muskies and only boated a drum trolling crankbaits. Fewer boats out and fewer aggressive muskies. They have wised up quickly. Saw a couple get caught but not as many as yesterday. 1/2 day tomorrow. Got called a jack-off at the launch but did not deserve it. Somehow managed to avoid providing a knuckle sandwich to the offender.
Priority1 Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 GJ sidestepping the confrontation. Boat launches do seem to have an endless supply of goof balls. Holiday weekends are the worst. I try and avoid weekends in general. People that fish the weekdays are usually older and a little more seasoned. Even the weekdays can bring in some jerks that don't have a clue as to proper launch and boating etiquette. The biggest problem is anyone can buy a boat and take it out without having any knowledge of proper etiquette or safe boat handling. Over the years I've seen it all.
