Tyee Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 First trip to the bay this year. Picked up thirteen eyes ranging from 17 to 24 inches. Fished in 24 to 26 ft of water pulling BBs and harnesses between the two points. It was slow going at first till we located two pods of fish. The slower we went the better 1.0 to 1.2 and every time we made a turn inside boards were hit. Didn't see many other guys netting fish around us but then again they were all cruising right along. Firetiger was a consistent color blade. Sorry for the late report.
Priority1 Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Kev, GJ on the eyes. It looks like it should be another banner year. We are so blessed to have the fisheries we do in this state. I may do a shakedown next week. My old bones work better when the water temps get a bit warmer.
