any good fishing off shore in grand haven/muskegon?

i was hoping for some help! i was wonder what and where and how to do good off shore some where around grand haven, spring lake and muskegon??? just looking to catch fish doesn't matter what it is catfish to pan fish!?

If you want fish in GH fish the beach. 6 - 15 FOW. Lots and lots of brown trout.

what should i use? spoons and can i hit the pier and fish on the lake side or channel?
