News Posted December 3, 2013 Share Posted December 3, 2013 With only about 15 or so Great Lakes coastal marshes remaining along the shoreline of the Lower Peninsula's Lake Michigan coast, the Arcadia Marsh restoration project has been good news for the more than 150 species of birds that depend upon it, for the many fish and aquatic organisms for which it is an important spawning, nursery and year-round habitat site, and for area residents and visitors.More...
