fishinmachine2 Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Had a great weekend fishing with Jason and another buddy last weekend! Kept 102 on Satuday and 46 Sunday morning! Best water was 16 to 18 fow just south of Standish! Weather was a little rough both morning but layed down real nice! Thanks for letting me hop aboard Jason!

Scotty and I always seem to have a great time, reasonable conditions, and I can't remember the last time we didn't catch fish. At the end of the day, it ain't worth doin' if ya can't have fun, and there was no shortage of that this weekend. Going to be taking a look around for some longer poles with the good feel like yours had Scott. Proof is in the pudding, when I used your 2nd rod for a bit, I was able to boat more fish than I was with what UL I have. It's good to figure things like that out, as we're always looking to improve the catch! the boat's home and ready for a bath and trip to the warehouse until spring. Can't wait to get after it again next summer
