I'll fourth that motion. Tom does great work for great prices too, with fast turnaround. Yes, he does have his own drag washer system that greatly improves on the reel's performance and longevity. Much better than the original mfr. drags. He's also very courteous and friendly.

I agree. Really easy to do yourself. Some reels have youtube videos if you search showing you how to replace everything.
