Onekama 08-08

Wow, fishing is slow out of Onekama now. Only a couple takers last night but did get on nice 27 pounder. Biggest fish of the year for me so far so made up for the slow bite. Came on a Mtn. Dew spinnie with Riverside fly. Other rips were on spoons on the riggers. Marking good fish, just no takers.

That's a brute though! Seems size is up, numbers are down. I'll be up for labor day in Onekama.....

I sure hope so....hoping it's a slaughter in a few weeks......barrel gets loaded up and.....bang bang bang
