Empty Hook Posted January 16, 2007 Posted January 16, 2007 cut venisin into 1inch size cubes give or take with no fat on them, soak in a plastic bowl for 8-24 hours(depending on how much of the seasoning you want to soak in) in Itailian salad dressingplace cubes onto scewers and place over camp fire or BBQcook till donewatch them get scarfed up as fast as you make them!

(or beef if you prefer)1 lb jar of your favorite salsa1 lb of Velveeta cheese cubedcombine all ingredients in a large microwaveable bowl. heat on high for 3 minutes stir heat another 2 minutes on high or until cheese is meltedserve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
