I started here on the south end March 1st. last year. It's not happening this year! Maybe we will get lucky and the water levels will come up. I know alot of guys on the southend are having problems at the ramps. Lets hope for the best,higher water levels,better weather & Great Fishing !! Rudey

Actually precipitation has little effect on water levels in lake michigan/huron. at least not like what you would think.

Joe, like you said, without some USCOE & IJC injection of resources to continue building the sills project on Lk. St. Claire/St. Lawrence, it's going to be a scary season to launch and get on and off a boat. Dredging isn't the only answer either. Going aground isn't an option for my boat, nor anyone elses.
