News Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 Minnesota Power announced it will convert its coal-fired power plant in Hoyt Lakes to natural gas and close one of three coal units at its Taconite Harbor plant on the North Shore as the utility continues a move away from carbon dioxode-creating coal.
