News Posted December 13, 2012 Share Posted December 13, 2012 U.S. District Judge John Tharp jettisoned a lawsuit that had asked the federal courts to find if the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Chicago's Metropolitan Water Reclamation District had caused a public nuisance by dillydallying, and to order them to accomplish the hydrological separation of the Mississippi River and Great Lakes basins.More...
