as the guys who've fished on my boat know..the hardtop is low enough to knock you out in a second..so ive decided on raising it a foot which translates in to ANOTHER rocket launcher..ill try and post some pics as i go to anyone interested..

Mine too....it only takes one good "WHACK" of the noggin, and it don't happen again....but another foot would be nice.........Wonder what the impact will have on the ride and handling of the boat....

Sounds like a good project Don. I plan on making a new bimini/ softtop for my boat this winter myself. Lots of planning so it doesnt turn out looking dorked out.
