News Posted August 31, 2012 Share Posted August 31, 2012 Not many cities in the United States are fortunate to be located on the shore of a beautiful lake. Rochester is one of those lucky cities. But the only public access to this gem is being taken away by the building of a marina and housing in the only parking lot available.More...
