Line Dancin Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Saturday went out to 220 and set up. went 6 for 12-14 had a guy on the boat that just couldnt listen and kept horsing the fish and cranking the drags down. Lost a couple fllies, one flounder pounder and a flasher fly. Anyways what worked big white paddle pickled sunshine fly on a wire diver 275 back green big paddle poofster fly 250 back. 300 coppers with mountain dew spinnies and pickled sunshine flies. rigger down 130 flounder pounder. rigger down 120 mongolian beef. Did see five different waterpouts out there. we watched two north of us for a while. then we noticed three south of us. pretty cool to watch at a distance.Sunday went back out to the same water and couldn't put a fish on to save my soul. Trolled in to 140 where people on the radio wer getting fish and nothing. Marked a ton of fish through the whole area. Did have one good rip on the same green paddle and poofster back 250 in 140 but nothing home by the time i got it out of the holder.
