DonMcJr Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 Lemon Pepper Walleye Ingredents: 4 Walleye Fillets 1 Cup of Iltalian Bread Crumbs 1 Cup Lawry's Lemon Pepper Marinade 1/2 tsp. of Lawry's Lemon Pepper Seasoning 2 tlbsp. Olive Oil 1/2 tsp. of Lawry's Seaoning Salt 2 tlbsp. of Butter 1/3 Cup of Light Cream (for sweeter sauce use sweetend condensed milk.) 1 tlbsp. of Lemon Juice 1/3 Cup of Sliced Almonds Put Fillets in Marinade and put in the fridge for 30 mins. Mix together the Bread Crumbs, Lawry's Seasoning Salt and Lawry's Lemon Pepper and mix well. After 30 mins., remove the fillets from the marinade and cover with the above mixture. In a large frying pan, combine Olive Oil and Butter and cook for 3-4 mins. on each side or until the fish flakes. Next, after removing the cooked fillets, add the cream (or sweetend condensed milk) and the lemon juice and boil until the sauce thickens like a gravy. Finally, place the gravy over the fillets and add the Sliced Almonds. 1
