fisf crazy Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 well fished this weekend water was cold actually i think it was to cold cause the fish were there sat gone sun did manage to catch 5 total for the eekend so it wasnt to bad does anyone else believe that when the lake flips it can be to cold also what worked was shrimp and cut bait on a bobber and heres a new one herring strips on a bobber had a guy using it and was doing alright had a couple on mongolin beef cleo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Great Gazoo Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 A cold push of water in early August will usually just scatter the fish. Good for pier fisherman as there will be a few fish in tight but a lot of the fish will just follow the warm water out past 200+.
