so if a i fish on a am boat and am not the capt. but fish on his boat he can win a 1000 more than me if i fish on my own boat that is not right.

Nope, if you fished on his boat your crew would be considered Pro because you are a licensed charter captain.

Yes, I verified with Scottie Mac. You can just fish the 333. You would have to ask him about the cost, but I think it is $150 if you are not paying for the tournament itself. The extra 50 goes to the tournament for hosting. Something like that.
