Hotdog71 Posted June 23, 2012 Posted June 23, 2012 Headed out yesterday afternoon for some fishing. Setup in 80 fow heading south. Made several passes going north and south right straight out in front of the piers. Had a little rain but nothing substancial. Ended 6 for 8 mostly steelhead. Here's what worked: Hybrid Yogurt Fly on wire diver 150 back set on 1.5- 2 fish Green dolphin on rigger 85 dn- 1 fish Mongolian Beef on 150 copper- 2 fish Craig's Christmas on 4 color - 1 fish Spoons were stingerStandard size except for the green dolphin. Took our first 20 lb King Sorry no digital scale so someone better have a bigger fish for the BLL Big fish contest or I'm going to be A LITTLE Unhappy. Anyway, Thanks to Ken(Nailer) for the advice after not seeing the big lake for almost a month. Get out there and enjoy the fun! Keep Em Tight!
Nailer Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Thanks for the update Bob, and nice work on the fish.
