mriversinco Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 Well, had my worse night gear wise ever. Got into some really nice fish at about 130' of water but had a rookie on board who lost some gear for me. Landed one fish that was a touch over 20 pounds and had at least 3 others on of the same size. Lost a 300 copper and a full core along with boards as well as another copper. My number is on the boards so hopefully there's someone out there who's nice Had many short strikes early with quick hook ups and then nothing. Sped up to high 2's on the fishhawk and had the good hook ups. Fish liked them big and fast last night but unfortunately had all those darned break offs.
BILLY JOE Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 when it rains it pours hope you at least get your boards back
Just Hook'n Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 South West wind should blow them into the beach today. Hopefully someone that finds them is a fisherman and will call. Sorry about the luck. Some trips are that way. Karma rocks though, so your next trip should be awesome.
SUPERTRAMP Posted June 15, 2012 Posted June 15, 2012 It is an old axiom that eventually the gods of fishing will take your stuff.
