Try drummum marine they may have one in the back room advantage marine in zeeland Dave may have one he has a few boats that he is always stripping.

you should be able to find one at just about any marina. they dont cost that much and there not that hard to find. i tried one of the locking caps, but it was hard to get it to work after a while if i let the boat sit alittle to long. so now i just leave it unlocked. i,ll bet you can find plenty of them on ebay,LOL.
