chumbucket Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 We had a great day on the water yesterday started fishing around 6:30getting a limit and heading back to port around three. We fished around Thunder Bay Island all day. First fish was a 17 pound laker on a wire dipsey. The rest of the catch included five Atlantic Salmon, three Coho's, one Steelie, and five more Lake Trout. All the fish were on spoons which were Silver Streak's and my own Hand Painted spoons in bright colors such as mongoose and mixed veggies. Wire divers were set out 80-100 and fireline divers were back 150-175. Riggers were best at 35-45 down in 55-70 fow. Leadcores were getting a few fish too.
Priority1 Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Steve, Good job. Thanks for the sunrise side report.
