Fishmael Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 After last nights bumpy 3-5 foot seas we decided to sleep in and head out at 10:30am. Set up in 100 straight out and took our first fish in 110fow on rigger down 90 with the BW "Living the Dream" paddle and fly- ended up taking 5 fish with that set-up in 110-140fow. Also took fish on silver streak U of M froggy on 225 45lb copper and modified coyote. Ended 10/11 with a throw back dink so we took 9 home and ended at 3pm. 7 kings 2-8lbs and 2 coho 2-4lbs. All good eaters:thumb: What a great afternoon on the water- forgot about sun screen -
CAC Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Thanks for the report Jacob. Sounds like you had a great day on the water.I was out yesterday too in the supposed 1 to 3s that turned out to be 3-5 with an occasional 6 thrown in. What has happened to the formerly trustworthy National Weather Service reports?
Just Hook'n Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Very nice. "formerly trustworthy NOAA reports". OMG . . . LOL . . . My gut hurts.
