mriversinco Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Got the new (to me) boat out for it's first am fish. Went a little north from the pierheads to about 120 and started working west. First fish came about 170 and hit em decently at from 175-185. Just about everything we had out took at least one fish but the dipsey's were pretty hot. Happee Meal on braid dipsey on 2 set 120 back took the most. Second most was a wire dipsey with mogolian beef on 1.5 set about 225 back.Overall, most fish came anywhere from 60 to 120 deep in the 180' range. Went up to 130 feet of water to try and finish the day and got 2 coho but couldn't get that darned last one.Ended up with 14 fish total and tried our darndest to limit out at 15 but couldn't get it done.
