Treblemaker Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Launched at Port Sheldon went SW to 130, and trolled south to the sliders south of Holland. Made it out to 165 but best action was 130-145. White paddle green fly 90-130 down, spoons on 100-250 coppers, lemon ice, hello darlin, mixed veggie were good. 11 kings to 15 lbs, 3 coho, and a laker. Great day on the water.
CAC Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Thanks for the report Tim, looks like you had a great day on the lake.
Just Hook'n Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Sweeeeeeet job Tim. Those are some nice looking feeeeshes.
Long Lines Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Very nice! If you launched from the DNR ramps, how was the water depth around the creek mouth? About the same as last year or getting tighter?Haven't been out of PS yet this year (Holland several times) but have a small amateur tournament that will start up there next Thursday and we have some large boats putting in. Heard it was getting worse.
