Long Lines Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Was out of Holland Sunday morning from 6:30 - 11:00. Fished 175-185 mostly; 9 for 10 with two kings, two shakers and 5 nice cohos.Sounds like the bigger kings were in tight...but still a great day and good eating!I did however manage to leave a small tote (white lid) on the freezer in the DNR cleaning station. Contained multiple fillet and deboning knives...mostly Rada cutlery, a sharpener and some ziplocks. If anyone using this site found it, I'd appreciate a p.m. or reply.
fishsniffer Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 thanks for the report and good luck with the knives:thumb:
hear fishy fishy Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 Good Job! I hope you get your knifes back, I did that the week before and someone recommend to putting a name and phone number on your knife or case.
Long Lines Posted May 7, 2012 Author Posted May 7, 2012 Good thought...I guess its not any more hopeful than putting your name and number on planer boards right! My own fault...got in a hurry to get home.
Nailer Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 The tote was still on the freezer when we where there. Did you go back for it?If there was a phone # on it, we would have called.Hope you find it. I left my brand new Forsner at the cleaning station last year.
Long Lines Posted May 8, 2012 Author Posted May 8, 2012 Didn't realize it was missing until today....no # on it.
Nailer Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 Didn't realize it was missing until today....no # on it.It may still be there.
Long Lines Posted May 9, 2012 Author Posted May 9, 2012 Checked this morning at 8:00 am; gone. Looks like a trip to Gander Mountain.
Far Beyond Driven Posted May 9, 2012 Posted May 9, 2012 Put up a note with your number, maybe some honest person grabbed it. Lots of repeat customers there, hopefully that person will be back.
Long Lines Posted May 9, 2012 Author Posted May 9, 2012 Awesome...didn't have the materials to do that yesterday morning when I was there. Appreciate the effort man!
Long Lines Posted May 9, 2012 Author Posted May 9, 2012 Sorry...misunderstood your post as I am reading and working from home at the same time...will do that Friday when I get back to fish.
