GLF Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 I am not sure how many of you have seen these images. They were sent to me today. The deer was hit and killed by a truck near Alma, WI. According to a local newspaper, biologists speculated that a diet high in proteins and minerals caused the deer to grow those long, curved hooves. I am thinking this buck needs a pedicure.
Dv8oR Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 I am thinking this buck needs a pedicure.Probably why he got hit, couldn't get no traction on the pavement.......hehehehehe, looked like a new ice skater on the blades!!!!T
huntingfool43 Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 i have heard of a horse becoming foundered but a deer? If a horse gets to much of the wrong food a bone in their foot flips and there feet grow like that but I didn't think a deer would have the same trouble, they can get all the corn and other foods they want.
