Nailer Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 We got to the launch just as Jon was pulling out, and headed NW to set up in 130 fow, Went w/sw from there an started hitting fish at 150. We only put a 6 rod spread down, of 4 divers, and 2 riggers. It took a little fine tuning, and some good info from other great members here, and it was soon game on. It seemed like we would go through pockets of fish, as we had at least 4 doubles, an one triple. We kept just the bigger ones, and ended with 12/16 (releasing the alive small fish) or so? The 11' white paddle with a Big Weenie Poofster fly was rocking. We ran all flasher flies, trying to target bigger fish. The best water for us was 150-180 fow, riggers where at 120, and 140 down, divers where targeting the same zone as well. It was great to see the other members at the cleaning station.
