kbowarmy Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 i am getting out to muskegon this weekend for the first time in a long time, just bought my first big water boat and leased a slip in muskegon for the season. dose anyone have any tips and or advice on where to start my day out at?
buster107 Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 I would go straight out and set down in about a 100 fow!! Troll west to about 210 fow. Spoons on riggers down 50 to 120 down. Just to get started.
kingfish123 Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 White paddles and flies on the riggers 65 and 85 down took probly 15 hits on them this morning between 135 and 180 fow
GLF Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Welcome aboard Matt. Watch out for the nets around Muskegon!
King Salmon 1 Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 We have been doing well just North of GH in 150 to 180 fow. Riggers with white paddles and white fly, blue spoons and flounder pounder spoons down 100 - 125. Also getting fish on copper 225, 300, & 450 w/ spoons. Good luck.
