New Custom Riggin

Here are the new Boss Hawg custom Big Jons and bird trees. The trees are at now powder coated to match the riggers. I am making a couple pairs of trees with swivel bases that i will post pics of later.

How well do you think the powder coating will hold up, I have a couple of things for the boat back in the fishing area that I was thinking of having done.

The powder coat should hold up good. If interested I the contact info for a company out of Grand Rapids that does nice work for a reasonable price. I would also recommend that you use a PC that meets outdoor weatherabilty requirements. I have more info on that. They are currently coating aluminum stuff for our company that has to meet 5 years of exposure.

It will hold up just fine. The trick is making sure you protect those items with machined tolerances. Just like anything else if you take care of it it will last.
