DIRTY DOG Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Sorry for the late report, but , late is better than never. Last Saturday I left the dock around 8 am with a friend from work and my ole pal Dennis, we set up straight out in 90 fow as to not over shoot the fish, and trolled west from there. Once we reached 180 fow it was game on,with constent marks from top to bottom, the only issue was that the deepest long line I had in the DOG was a 200 copper, so we strictly targeted the tasty coho's that were there. We ended the morning around noon in 245 fow going 18 for 20 with the last 3 released as we only needed one fish and finished with a quad. The best troll was west but east was quit productive also with a gps speed of 2.7 to 2.9 going in both directions Well heres a couple pics of what worked and the catch. These are as follows. chrome with lime green herring bone hot n tot clown hot n tot gold black back hot n tot with custom red dots gold melon Silver Streak mini Margerita Silver Streak miniem Double Dutch Silver Streak mini Lemon Berry Silver Streak mini Panty Ho Silver Streak mini Hot Lobster Silver Streak mini Gold Org. Moosky31 Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 Thanks for the fishing report, Terry. makes me hungry looking at those fish.
ekbelt Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 I would say around 6-7 miles... should take like 15 minutes or so if you can go 25mph.
BenLubbs Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 It's about 7 miles to get to 200'. I recorded 8 when I started there for a tourney last year, but that was heading to the north west.
