Killin' It Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 What does everyone have going on?We are planning to fish Holland, the question is what FOW.The surface temp is 61, and I heard rumors of some colder water in 25 fow on the bottom. Trying to decide if its worth fishing in close or to start heading out.
ekbelt Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 I'll be out there... hopefully the rain holds off. Only 40% chance of precipitation. I heard of someone doing pretty good 250+. Was thinking about starting in closer and just heading west. I'll be on channel 68.
jimbobber Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 i may be out there in the am but not til 9:00 or so , if i go i will be going off shore.
N II Deep Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 I would run the early May program, start in 50-60 fow st. out of Holland, SW troll until you hit fish, turn south.

The lake will boil over by August.
Idle Time Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 I've heard reports of good size fish being caught in 180 FOW 150-bottom down.
Killin' It Posted March 23, 2012 Author Posted March 23, 2012 I plan on fishing in the morning if I can use Ben Lubbs truck. Brakes went out on mine. Yes the water temp was in the 61' on shore. I think we are going to head out to 60 and troll SW till we are sick of it as long as the wind does not pick up.
