Line Dancin Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 I have two ranger net with the octagonal handles. The rubber grips have come off and have disappeared. I have tried to get new grips from ranger and the guy keeps telling me he sent them and blaming it on the post office loosing them. I was willing to pay for them and he said he would just send them well after what he claims was a couple attempts to send them i still dont have them and now he isnt responding to my emails. So if you have lost a net grip what have you used in its place. i dont like the sharp end rubbing on my fiberglass deck.
mriversinco Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 I dipped one of mine in the rubberized paint stuff. Worked well but there might be better options out there.
Mushy's Dad Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Aaron, what about making your own? Get a bucket of plasi-dip. Just be careful the stuff is addictive soon you will be dipping every thing in this stuff. Just dont dip the kid or the dog!
Line Dancin Posted March 19, 2012 Author Posted March 19, 2012 i dont think a bike grip would work the net handle is to big a diameter
DeadWater Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 I use hocky stick tape for this and many other things. My kid plays so its the handiest thing to get my hands on fast.
tltorrice Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 I almost lost mine so I glued it on with gorilla glue. Same thing with the plastic rings around the Berts rod holders. Gorilla Glue.
