St joe 3/17

First trip of the year. We started around 7:30 and pulled lines around 12. Ended up with 2 for 3, one steelhead and one coho. Both caught about a half mile south of pier, in around 20 ft water. The red thin fin with black stripes got a few hits and the other pole had a coho flasher and fly. It was a beautiful day to be out.

We too had our only fish on the same Thin Fin.

I probably should have learned from trips in the past and run more of that same lure.

Katrina, Way to shake the skunk off. It's always good to get the shakedown cruise behind you especially with some bonus fish.
