I love this color...

Always seems to catch fish no matter the water color.

I normally run it in the Mud, but I have ben running it more and more on the blue water and catching fish.

The question is why??

Does not look like a goober (Gobie)

Does not look like fish

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on this

No idea for sure why that is. Down deep certain color wavelenghts fade out but why it is appealing to fish?? You got me.

If you can get some of the old school fire tigers, before they changed the paint scheme... those are even more productive!

we were talking at the show today about twoother colors that dont represent anything under water but are still two of the best colors around the five of diamonds and the red and white daredevil spoons. they dont represent anything but are two of the most used and sold spoons there is. I do agree with fire tiger being one of the best colors. I have it in different cranks and spoons both

Why?????? Why over analyze it? Find out what they want and give it to em.:)

Ever have days where you break all the known presentation rules and still catch fish? A lot of times baits don't have to represent a darn thing. Maybe the color just pi$$es the fish off and they strike it out of anger. I agree about the red and white Dare Devil. Northerns will hit them in most any conditions. I think it just triggers an anger strike. Fishing gills on their beds is a good example of the anger strike.
