News Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 In 2006, a drinking water monitoring system was put in place from the St. Clair River to Lake Erie that tests the water for chemicals and many known carcinogens. Its startup cost was $3.5 million -- largely through federal funding. Now your elected city officials can decide if they have money to maintain it, including paying for affordable consultants.More...
