Priority1 Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Separate storm and sanitary sewers is the answer. Storm and sanitary sewers should have never been combined. Dumping this crap in a lake river or stream is a sin. Store the sewage in the towns streets and basements until they figure out a solution. It probably wouldn't take generations that way.
