News Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is alerting residents to an abundance of snowy owls, originating from the Arctic tundra, migrating south to winter in regions of the Great Lakes and Midwest plains this year.
