News Posted November 9, 2011 Share Posted November 9, 2011 Michigan state officials determined that the "muck" building up along the Lake St. Clair shoreline is comprised of bluegreen algae, which may be exacerbated in Lake St. Clair due to zebra mussels, storm water runoff and municipal wastewater discharge.
