steeliebob Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 Landed 14 steelhead most were in the 16 to 22 inch range and were released. I did catch one 8 pound 26 inch steelhead which was the only one that was not released. That one was taken home for dinner. Lots of steelhead that were biting, just not many really nice ones but the jacks were fun to catch.

steeliebob Posted October 25, 2011 Author Posted October 25, 2011 I guess that you are living up to your name if you don't plan to get on the hard water for steelhead and salmon. Actually the only place that I have caught salmon through the ice is up on Superior.
