Saginaw Bay - Lake Huron - Fishing Report

[Fishing Report]

Storms producing strong winds have slowed fishing and kept anglers on shore. Those able to get out have been fishing for perch near the mouth of the Saginaw River and off Quanicassee. Shore anglers caught light numbers of perch.

Saturday was a GR8 day to be on the water. The perch were hitting light and slow 40+FOW. We had better catch days, but can't complain about Saturdays nice weather. Perch were 8-12 inches, with a few 7 inches or less throw backs. Two of us iced 53. There must have been 100 boats within our sight @ AuGres.
