jimbobber Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 fished out of holland this morning ,went to 230 fow washed lures until we got to 255 thats were the fun started there was a clear water slick ,the fish were in the chalky water. Bait was down 150 to 200 so we set riggers down 140 and 150 then the divers back 280,290,300,and 310 all of them took hits we ended the day with 10 fer 14 , 1 laker 1 steelhead (12 lbs) and 8 kings, five 2 and 3 yr olds around 8 to 12 lbs , one small shaker was turned loose ,and two were hitch hikers on lead cores. what worked: rigger down 140 with a killer green glow jp slammer rigger down 150 with lemon lime ice glow jp slammer high diver back 290 with green echip and pickle sunshine flie high diver back 280 with chrome and green spinnie with a mirage flie deep diver back with chrome and geen spinnie with pickle sunshine flie deep diver back with white slick tape spinnie with mirage flie 300 copper with a modified lemn lime ice glow jp slammer 2 color of lead with a mixed veggies jp slammer the lake was nice 1 to 3 foot and it was nice and warm out , the cleaning station is still open dont know how much longer tho.
