Here is a recipe for lox. I have not tryed it but i am going to. If anyone has tryed to make lox please feel free to share your tips and hints. I will report back after I have attempted this. Since I need a few cohos, it may be next year before I get a chance to do this.

Not really set up to cool smoke, so I've done a lot of messing around with time, smoker door open, etc.

I like it, it is definitely a different product than regular smoked fish.

I will need to try both of these now. It looks like your version is a lot less hassel.

Oh boy is the wife going to be happy with me..... Now I want to get a smoker. She is going to kill me.
