Anybody targeting steelies?

With the large number of boats in shallow combating, i thought i might go offshore a bit and target better eaters and some steelie.

Anybody had any luck lately going for skamania? Any tips?

I drove by the Allegan dam today. I saw several fish in a 10 minute period. I asked what they were catching and they said it was all steelhead. They said they've been there for about a week. That totally doesn't answer your offshore question tho.
