fisf crazy Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 was wanting to go to the pier tonight wondering if the water cooled of and if the fish came any closer in any help would be great dont want to waist a trip thanks
mrhookup Posted August 26, 2011 Posted August 26, 2011 check this sitehttp://www.crh.noaa.gov/product.php?site=grr&product=omr&issuedby=grrwater temp was 72 on the beach yesterday according to this, they report everyday at 11am so you can see later this morning if it's dropping yet. they're predicting south winds today then switching over to NW tonight. Then NW all day tomorrow and N all of Sunday. I'd personally wait until Sat or Sun to go, but if tonight is the only time you can go, then go because there's always atleast a few fish around the pier heads this time of year.
