Green Bay's port busier after construction of a new dock

Earlier this year the oil company U.S. Venture used a federal grant to improve a petroleum shipment dock at the Port of Green Bay. From the port the petroleum is put onto ships bound for Cheboygan, Michigan and on to Canadian refineries.
