salmonslammer Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 We set lines at 6:00 AM in 55 feet of water and went west. At 59 fow we took a king on a green spin doctor with a blue and green fly on a dipsy 120 back on 1. At 66, 80, 86 we took lakers all on the tin can with a green fly on a rigger bouncing the bottom. In between we lost two fish on the full core. At 9 we heard our first crack of thunder and picked up lines. The lake was flat with no flies!!Have a great day on the water!!!
Rascal Trophy Fishing Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 Nice report, sorry to hear about the storms, they were in Ludington too this weekend.
Priority1 Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 Larry, Thanks for the report out of St. Joe. Too bad the storms cut the trip short.
